The purpose of the terms: the Website

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website shall be understood to mean: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, that is, the navigation tree; and all the elements integrated both into the screen interfaces and into the navigation tree (hereinafter, the Contents), and all those online services or resources that it may offer to Users (hereinafter, the Services).

PDS Internacional reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Contents and Services that may be incorporated into it. The User acknowledges and accepts that PDS Internacional may at any time interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any of these elements integrated into the Website, or access to them.

Access to the Website by the User is free in nature and, as a general rule, free of charge, without the User having to provide any consideration in order to enjoy it, except with regard to the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider that the User has contracted.

The use of any of the Contents or Services of the Website may be subject to the prior subscription or registration of the User.

Access to, navigation of and use of the Website, as well as of the spaces enabled to allow interaction between Users, and between the User and PDS Internacional, such as comments and/or blogging spaces, confers the status of User, and therefore, from the moment navigation of the Website begins, all the Terms established herein are accepted, as well as any subsequent modifications thereto, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as the case may be. Given the importance of the foregoing, the User is recommended to read them each time they visit the Website.

The PDS Internacional Website provides a wide variety of information, services and data. The User assumes responsibility for making correct use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to:

  • Use of the information, Contents and/or Services and data offered by PDS Internacional in a manner that is not contrary to the provisions of these Terms, the law, morality or public order, or that may in any other way harm the rights of third parties or the operation of the Website itself.
  • The truthfulness and lawfulness of the information provided by the User in the forms provided by PDS Internacional for access to certain Contents or Services offered by the Website. In any event, the User shall immediately notify PDS Internacional of any event that allows the improper use of the information registered in such forms, such as, but not limited to, the theft, loss or unauthorised access to identifiers and/or passwords, in order to proceed with their immediate cancellation.

PDS Internacional reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate the law, respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that constitute spamming, that are harmful to young people or children, to public order or safety, or that, in its judgement, are not suitable for publication.

In any event, PDS Internacional shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by Users through comments or other blogging or participation tools that may exist.

Mere access to this Website does not imply the establishment of any kind of commercial relationship between PDS Internacional and the User.

The User declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms. This PDS Internacional Website is therefore not aimed at minors. PDS Internacional declines any liability for non-compliance with this requirement.

The Website is aimed primarily at Users resident in Spain. PDS Internacional does not guarantee that the Website complies, either wholly or partially, with the legislation of other countries. The relationship between the User and PDS Internacional shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit their disputes to the ordinary courts, submitting to the judges and courts that have jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
